Overview
RADD Chat is an easy-to-use web application built for researchers to communicate with their research participants. This application was built as a user-friendly web interface to allow researchers to use Twilio to send, receive, and schedule text messages (both SMS and MMS) individually and in bulk and to make/receive phone calls. Using RADD Chat, Researchers can give participants one study phone number rather than a personal one.

RADD Chat
RADD Chat is an easy-to-use HIPPA-compliant web application that integrates with Twilio, a third-party service, to allow researchers to communicate with study participants via phone call and SMS. RADD Chat is highly configurable, with the ability to route incoming calls based on research staff availability, as well as customize voicemail and away messages. RADD Chat includes a powerful suite of tools to streamline communication with participants, enabling study teams to send and/or schedule bulk text messages, administer SMS surveys, and track participant engagement in a centralized location.
